Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 7 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature (express delivery), an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us for the extra charge. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Standard shipping takes about 9 days from date of shipping to be delivered and at most 14 days. Express is between 3 to 5 days from the date of shipping.

Most of the items on YamarkExpress have free shipping except for a few. For those without free shipping, the shipping fee constitute handling fees and postage fees which is based on the wight of the item to be shipped. We take extra measures to ensure that your parcel is well protected.

Returns & Refund Policy

Please contact Customer Service by email customerservice@yamarkexpress.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

Return Conditions


1. You have 5 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 5 days of receipt 

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories Scarves, bags.

3. Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.

4. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.

5. Please return through your local post office. All return fees will be covered by you.     

6. For the returns, no signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.

7. This is the most important step, please send us your return tracking number. Without this info, we can't apply any refund for return.

8. You can also track the package online, then you will know when the package is delivered to us. 

9. Once we have received the returned item(s), our customer service will apply the refund in 7 working days.
